Local Application for printing ESLPR.EXE

The Local Application ESLPR.EXE, which provides access to printing facilities within Windows(TM) has been rewritten to support several new commands and eliminate a number of minor bugs that have affected this local application.

An extensive help file is supplied together with a demonstration application. Developers who have not used the ESLPR Local Application before are recommended to review the contents of the supplied help file and the demonstration application.
