The viewports of many regions can be visible on the screen simultaneously. For example, you might show the viewport of one graphical region on most of the ESL screen.
In an action statement you can reduce the size of the viewport and change its position to show another graphical region's viewport at the same time, for example:
You can simultaneously show the viewports of two or more graphical regions at the same place on the screen. The viewports can be partially overlapping, such as those shown in the following figure:
or they can be the same size and occupy the same position.
It is important to remember that a region's area is not limited to the area of your ESL screen. The display merely has a viewport onto the current contents of the region's window. You can create and manipulate graphical images anywhere within a graphical region without being constrained by what is visible in the ESL screen.
