Open a window and read the content of the file specified by the Open File dialog into the edit control. As the file is read, it will be parsed to locate items which are listed in the Navigation Sheets. Also as the file is read, the time the file was last modified is recorded so if a file is modified outside of Esl Edit, it can be re-loaded. If the file has previously been used in Esl Edit, it's position and the position of the cursor are restored. If you open an ESL Log file, Esl Edit uses the information within the file to parse the associated application source and set ESL Log preferences.
