The Code Display Frame is the area to the right of the Navigation sheets that can contain multiple edit windows. Each code window contains the text from a single source code file.

There are several methods to open a file with this frame. As well as the menu options and the Navigation sheets, it is also possible to drag and drop files from Windows Explorer.

Whilst it is possible to open numerous windows concurrently, there is no method to open the same source code file within 2 different windows. If you attempt to open the same file twice, EslEdit merely activates the existing window.
