Scroll bars are more accurately updated if the region is defined as NO SCALE.
If you do not specify NO SCALE, scroll bars may not be accurately updated when a region is first made visible.
When child regions are resized, the scroll bars of the parent graphic region are changed to allow for any additional space requirements. However, the scroll bars are not updated in the child region when it is dragged to the edge of the parent region. During the re-sizing of the parent region, it is possible for the co-ordinate system to change. This can cause child regions to be positioned incorrectly.
