The Licensor hereby agrees to:

(A)grant to the Licensee a non-exclusive license to Use the Licensed Program Materials;

(B)deliver the Licensed Programs to the Licensee and install them on the Equipment;

(C)provide the other services hereinafter described upon the terms and conditions hereinafter contained
