ESL Documentation

You can specify the font attribute in a textual region definition. A textual region can have just one font, which must be fixed-width (not proportional). Fonts in textual region cannot be defined with any of the following attributes:  bold, underline, strikeout, or italic.

If you specify a font, all text in the textual region will be displayed in the specified font. If no font is specified, the text will be displayed in the default font for the program. If no default font is specified for the program, the default font of esl mono will be used.

You can change the font in any object, except for a textual region, during runtime by specifying the new font in a drawing statement within a change action statement.
