The Layout Editor displays the File Open dialog box as it reads in the file you will edit.

The Layout Editor is interested in the object definitions within the ESL file.  It will preserve all other ESL statements when you save the objects you have edited.

To complete the opening of a file

1.Click the Errorlog button to view any errors or warnings which occurred as the file was read.

2.Click OK to begin editing objects in the Screen Editor.
