The navigation keys change the current cell and, if necessary, scroll the table so the new current cell is visible. When in Edit mode, any navigation key that causes another cell to become the current cell, or any action that causes the table to lose the focus, will first cause the changes to the cell being edited to be accepted.

 

The following table lists the navigation keys.

Up

Move current cell up one row (accept changes, if in edit mode)

Down

Move current cell down one row (accept changes, if in edit mode)

Left

Move current cell left one column (accept changes if at the beginning of the text in the cell in edit mode)

Right

Move current cell right one column (accept changes if at the end of the text in the cell in edit mode)

Page Up

Scroll up one full window (accept changes, if in edit mode)

Page Down

Scroll down one full window (accept changes, if in edit mode)

Home

Go to first cell in row (accept changes if at the beginning of text in the cell in edit mode)

End

Go to last cell in row (accept changes if at the end of text in the cell in edit mode)

Ctrl+Up

Go to the top visible row in window (accept changes, if in edit mode)

Ctrl+Down

Go to the bottom visible row in window (accept changes, if in edit mode)

Ctrl+Left

Go to the left-most visible column in window (accept changes if at the beginning of text in the cell in edit mode)

Ctrl+Right

Go to the right-most visible column in window (accept changes if at the end of the text in the cell in edit mode)

Ctrl+PageUp

Scroll left one full window (accept changes, if in edit mode)

Ctrl+PageDown

Scroll right one full window (accept changes, if in edit mode)

Ctrl+Home

Go to the top left cell of the table (accept changes if at the beginning of the text in the cell in edit mode)

Ctrl+End

Go to the bottom right cell of the table (accept changes if at the end of the text in the cell in edit mode)

Tab and Shift+Tab

Change focus to the next or previous control in the Dialog Box (accept changes, if in edit mode)
