If a region is defined to have the attribute "no scale", then the contents of that region will be drawn in units equivalent to the number of pixels on the screen, where contents include both drawing statements within the region or child objects of the region. In this case, the screen size definition will be ignored and the coordinate system will be based solely on the number of pixels on the screen. This will cause ESL objects to vary in size between resolutions, since the number of pixels per screen varies between resolutions. To avoid this, either do not specify the no scale attribute or specify child objects to be children of the desktop.
