This enables New Parameters or Sections to be inserted into the configuration setttings. As the main ESL configuration file can have only a single section (named GENERAL), the facility to add sections is only available when either the ESLCMSrv or ESLPR configuration file are loaded. When the selected line of the configuration setting is a Section Header (which will be enclosed in square brackets), then a new Section dialog will be displayed, otherwise the Add Parameter dialog will be displayed.
