You can use the following action statements with dialog regions:

 

Action

Description

add

Creates a dialog box at runtime.

change position

Changes the position of a dialog region's viewport, or of all the viewports in a class.

change size

Changes the size of a dialog region's viewport, or of all the viewports in a class.

change text

Changes the text that appears in the title bar of the dialog region, if one exists.

change window position

Changes the position of the dialog region's window, or of all the windows in a class.

clear

Deletes all the children in the dialog region.

enable

Enables the dialog region.

disable

Disables the dialog region. Users cannot interact with a disabled dialog region and its children.

make helpid

Changes the help ID of the dialog region.

make permanent/ temporary

Changes the permanence of the dialog region. Note that using these make actions overrides the initial specification used during creation of the dialog region or dialog box.

make visible/ invisible

Changes the visibility of the dialog region.
