To delete a SQL statement from the current SAM, follow these steps:
1.Open the SAM that includes this statement, as described in Opening an Existing SAM.
2.Open the SQL statement, as described in Section Opening an Existing SQL Statement.
The syntax of the SQL statement appears in the SQL Editor window.
3.Select SQL Statement Ø Delete.
A message box appears asking if you are sure you want to delete the statement.
4.Select the Yes push button in the message box to confirm the delete operation. (If you do not want to delete the statement, select the No push button.)
DB/Assist deletes the statement from the current SAM.
DB/Assist does not delete the code for this statement from the external code generation file, if one exists. To delete the code for this statement, you must recompile the SAM
