ESL's Windows Help Support consists of the following parts:
•ESL syntax
•ESLHELP.DLL dynamic link library, containing help subroutines
•ESLHLP.INC include file, containing subroutine declarations and error codes
•HELPPD91.INC include file, containing the CUA'91 standard help pull-down definition and standard help pull-down responses
•HELPPD.INC include file, containing the standard pull-down definitions for Windows 3 and Windows 3.1 style help. This include file is only supplied to provide backward compatiability.
To use ESL's Windows Help support, you must have the Microsoft HTML Help Workshop. The HTML Help Workshop is available from Microsoft, via the Microsoft Developers Network (MSDN) web site.
ESL also supports WinHelp format help files, which have been created using Window Help Workshop (HWC.exe), however, this product is no longer available from Microsoft. As the WinHelp format is not supported by Windows Vista, it is recommended HTML Help is used.
