Risk in the Media shall pass to the Licensee on delivery. If any part of the Media shall thereafter be lost, destroyed or damaged the Licensor shall at the request of the Licensee replace the same promptly (embodying the relevant part of the Licensed Programs or Program Documentation) subject to the Licensee paying the cost of such replacement. The Licensor shall not make any further or additional charge for such replacement
